Our story
Built for Milwaukee. Driven by community.
Neighborhood Carplug Rentals connects Milwaukee-area drivers with affordable, reliable vehicles right in their own neighborhoods — no dealership, no hassle, just keys and open road.
Our mission
We started Neighborhood Carplug Rentals because getting around Milwaukee shouldn't depend on owning a car. Whether you need a vehicle for a weekend trip, a job interview, or just to get around, we believe access to reliable transportation is a right — not a privilege.
We keep rentals local and straightforward — well-maintained vehicles, clear pricing, and a booking process that takes minutes, not hours.
What we stand for
Community first
Every rental keeps dollars circulating in Milwaukee neighborhoods — from Riverwest to Bay View, Sherman Park to the East Side.
Accessible mobility
Flexible daily and weekly rates designed for real budgets, with vehicles available across ZIP codes so you're never far from a set of keys.
Trust & transparency
Clear pricing, no hidden fees, and a straightforward booking process. You know exactly what you're paying before you confirm.
Rooted in Milwaukee
We're not a national chain. We're your neighbors — and we're invested in making this city easier to navigate for everyone who lives here.
Serving the Milwaukee metro
We operate across Milwaukee County and surrounding communities — including Wauwatosa, West Allis, Shorewood, Cudahy, and Oak Creek. Vehicles are distributed across neighborhoods so you can find one close to home.
